At NetUP Chicago, we serve low to middle-income Black households, small business owners, and entrepreneurs in underserved neighborhoods across the city. Our programs are designed for individuals aged 18-55 who face financial barriers, from managing debt to understanding investment options. We also focus on participants who are ready to commit to a long-term journey of learning about wealth and actively applying their financial knowledge to achieve lasting success.
